Databases for Business

Databases allow you to search for references to articles in journals. In indexes such as APAIS they will give you the details of the articles as well as where and when the articles were published. You can use this information to check the USQ catalogue (by searching for the name of the journal) to see if we hold the issue of the journal that the article was published in.

Some of the databases that the USQ Library subscribes to have the full text of articles, statistics, standards or newspapers online. These can be downloaded, printed or e-mailed.

These databases are for use by USQ Students and Staff only, you will therefore need your USQConnect username and password to access them.

If you are unsure of what are the most  useful databases  to use,  the Select Your Subject drop-down box located under Access All Databases will present you with  a list of subjects to choose from or else type in a keyword,  such as Management, in the Find a Database box. This will bring up a list of the most suitable databases to search.

If you haven't used databases before try eHelp which will guide you through the process.
