The Library welcomes feedback on its resources, services and facilities.

Current Students

Current students can provide any feedback through Ask a Librarian.

The Library regularly runs focus groups and telephone interviews with students about Library services. If you would like to give feedback in this way, please register through Ask a Librarian. Select the “Ask a Question” tab and specify “Library” as the Question Type. You will be contacted by Library staff when the next round of focus groups and telephone interviews are scheduled. You will receive a USQ Bookshop voucher to the value of $10 for your participation.

Feedback on current Library database trials can be made to the Library's Electronic Services Officer.

Current staff

Current staff can provide feedback through their Faculty Librarians or the Principal Manager, Information Services.

Others

We always welcome feedback from others.  Please use the Contact Us facility on the University’s website. Library feedback will be forwarded to Library staff.
