Requesting Items from ToowoombaStudents may request loans from the Toowoomba Library via USQ Library Staff at Fraser Coast or electronically using the Library's document delivery service, Doc Ex. Requests can be placed for all items except those located in the Toowoomba Course Readings Collection. This is a free service but overdue fines apply. A Step by Step Guide for using Doc Ex is available. Photocopies of articles and/or sections of books can also be requested. Strict adherence to Copyright Legislation will apply to requests for photocopying. Photocopies will be delivered to you online. Loan materials may be collected from the Hervey Bay Library Loans Desk (usually within two working days). Please inform loans staff that you are picking up USQ books from Toowoomba. Return items prior to the due date to avoid fines. Can I request a book or photocopy from another library?Requests for a book or photocopy from another library (other than USQ Toowoomba) can be made via interlibrary loans. This service is not available for undergraduate students. Staff and other students may request from other libraries via the Document Delivery and Interlibrary Loan Service. Please ask for assistance from USQ Fraser Coast Library staff. |
