Photocopying / Printing

Photocopying

Two photocopiers located in the Computer Laboratory are available for use for USQ students.

You are required to use your student ID card to operate the copiers and to transfer funds to your USQ printing account.

Photocopying costs are:

• 12c per copy for A4
• 24c per copy for A3.

Printing

Laser printers are also available for use in the Computer Laboratory. Students will need to familiarise themselves on how to print via a network prior to printing.

A printer accounting/quota system applies to the laser printers. At the start of each semester, each student receives a print quota which represents a reasonable printing allocation given their academic requirements. Students can add funds to their account using their ID card and equipment located in the Library Computer Lab.

Printing costs are:

• 12c per page
• 18c per duplex (double sided) page.

Further Assistance

Signs and instructions are accessible in the Computer Lab for printing and copying. Assistance is available from USQ staff should you have any further difficulties.
