Photocopying

Photocopiers located in the Library.

You will need your student ID card to operate the photocopiers and to transfer funds to your USQ printing account.

Photocopying costs are:

12c per copy for all paper sizes

Printing

Black and white laser printers are available for use in the Library, 24 hour computer lab, between the Level 5 computer labs and in the Level 6 postgraduate lab. Colour printing is also available in the Library. Make you sure familiarise yourself with how to print via a network prior to printing.

A printer accounting/quota system applies to the laser printers. At the start of each semester, each student receives a print quota which represents a reasonable printing allocation given their academic requirements. Students can add funds to their account using their ID card and equipment located in the Library.

Printing costs are:

Black and white

12 cents per A4 page
18 cents per A4 duplex (double sided) page.
40 cents per A3 page
60 cents per A3 duplex

Colour

25 cents per A4 page
50 cents per A4 duplex (double sided) page.
50 cents per A3 page
$1 per A3 duplex
